Nine artists including myself, spent the week at Pitcairn Station, near Peterborough in SA, in the company of John R Walker and Dr Ann Sanders, as part of a project organised by Denise Officer through Burra Regional Art Gallery. Each day was spent “en plein aire" drawing, painting, and interpreting the dry country. We used Chinese folding books introduced by artist JRWalker. Some of our works will be included in an exhibition at BRAG, complementing the Across Country exhibition by John R Walker. It was an inspiring and challenging artist camp.
